    letro all at once?

    hey bros, ive never taken letro, never needed it, now i do. have a hard lump under left nip. got my letro in today and want to know if u guys take it all at once or spread throughout the day? it seems with letros half life it would be ok to take it all at once, but i would like u guys opinion. thanks!
