    Cee

When I took creatine in the past, it made me feel like I needed to piss the whole time, when I say the whole time, I mean literally 24 hours a day, I had that feeling you get when ur bursting 4 a piss, it was harsh to say the least. It took a full week of not taking it for the problem to stop as well. Neway I was wondering whether CEE is likely to cause the same problem and what sort of results one would expect from taking it, because obviously I dont wana risk taking it unless it will actualli give reasonable results.

CEE won't cause water retention like monohydrate did, so that should help with your urinating problem...

do you just take it before and after workouts, or everyday, coz I guess that would help prevent the problem as well.

Taking it on non-workout days helps with recovery, but is not needed. I personally don't use it on non-workout days.
