Just the fact that it claims to be a fat burning creatine should raise a flag in your head. The pinnacle product you named contains creatine and caffeine, which we all know is not an efficient combo. And it's over-priced IMO. Try CEE instead. CEE will cause no bloat, unlike most other creatine products...
Yea, heard something about creatine & caffine together, no es bueno?
Caffeine dimishes the effects of creatine...
Thanks nsa you made me save money here, i guess i will stick to my 50g 3 times a day whey protein shake from Optimum Nutrition with all that whey i also get around 18g of glutamine which has cell volume effect.

the down side is the diuresis caffeine may cause (water loss which can be compensated by increase water intake)
another thing is that Caffeine may magnify Arginines effects. A recent study suggested that while caffeine is a diuretic it prevented Arginase and thus left more Arginine available for "nitric oxide" sythase
Your right that it does increase insulin levels, this may also can lead to slight fat gain. But thats besides the point. I personally don't think the arginine effect is very important. There are positives and negatives of using them together, i personally feel that the negatives outweigh the positives. Research and make your own decision, guess i should have said that from the start...Originally Posted by OMEGA

and thus respectfully disagree
the Arginine item was thrown since many take both Creatine and "NO2" product together
Everyone has their own opinion...Originally Posted by OMEGA
