When to shoot??

Hey bros
How often deca must be shoot? Is two times/week optimal? Halflife of deca is about 10,5 days, couple of sites says that.....

Yes, thats what I`m wondering
Im going to shoot enanthate every 3 days so then I shoot Deca whit ena, I think thats good..........Only problem is that my deca contains 250mg/ml and I`m going to shoot it 400mg/weeks.....dosage going to be little bit difficult, 0,7ml would make 175mg/shot and I´m shoot it 12weeks, that makes 28shots. Alltogether that makes 4900mg I think thats very good?

yes you can shoot them both together but every 3.5 day's say monday am and thursday pm
