ok heres the deal i keep reading all this shit about gyno and now im freakin out my nips dont hurt at all and there not sensitive or itchy but i started feelin them and it seems like i have a tiny lump about 1cm away from the center of the nipple-bottom right so... can it be gyno if it dont hurt is not sensitive or itchy and i cant see it in the mirror??? but can feel a tiny lump??? can you just have a lil lump there??? and it not be gyno cause i dont wanna **** around but i dont wanna hinder my gains by taking anti E's for no reason right??? please help
