Does anyone know the exact instructions on how to cook your gear to remove some of the alcohol so it isn't as painful?? I've heard put a pin in the top and put in oven at 300 for 20 min. Anybody KNOW??

i dont know if id cook it, im sure theres instructions somewhere in the anabolic labortory forum, did you try cutting it with anything, i think that would be alot easier.

my buddy cut his with oil but said the pain wasn't reduced very much at all

i dont think its the alcohol, i think its the ester.
