I am currently 230lbs at 5ft 10.My arms are 19.25 ,my chest is 51 and my waist is 32.My legs which you cant see are 28inchs.I dont know exactly what my bodyfat is but 4 weeks ago I was 245lbs at 15%.Here is another bicep pic.
