How to messure out products from ARR??

i was just looking on the site and it said that both the T3 and clen are at 200mcgs/ml. Im thinking of only taking around 50-75mcgs of t3 a day so would it be best just to get a syringe and messure out 1/4 a ml. and just but it uner my tounge or what?

One pump from the bottle is 20mcg on the clen

ive seen that in other post as well but on the website it says 200...guess its just a typo on there part

No its not. One pump is .1ml, so it is 20mcg. 1 full ml would be 200mcg

oh okay thats where i messed up, i thought one pump was 1ml! thanks for the info bro.
