I am now four weeks into my first cycle of test-e 350 a week. i started out at 5'4 145 9%bf. im already up to 168 with little bf gained. heres my bulking diet:
9:00-livertabs, bcaa's, and glutamine
9-10:00-cardio
10:15- 2 cups of oats, 4 egg whites, blueberries 4 egg whites, multiply that by 3!
12:15-1:45-train PWO shake, 40g whey 80g de
2:00- 2 bagels, 8oz turkey whole wheat bagels ?
3:00- 2 pieces wheat bread, 6oz chicken, hummus i dont like the looks of hummus, so i dont know the caloric values, hopefully they dont have fat
4:00- 1 cup of oats, 4 egg whites more protein here
6:00- 4 pieces wheat bread, 12oz ham, hummus low fat ham hopefully
7-8:30- train PWO shake, why are you training twice a day?
9:00- 2 bagels, 8oz turkey
10:00- 2 cups cottage cheese, blueberries no blueberries please
