delt is perfect, so is thigh, spotinjections.com is a could reference, but try not to shoot in while flexed the way they do, just relax the muscle when you do it

Not at all... I do it all the time... Stay under 2 cc's and use a 25g1" and it will work real good. push it in nice and SLooooow. good luck. Delts are my favorite!

Same with me, I wanted t oshoot glutes, even tried about 4 shots... every single one gave me an abscess and hurt like a mofo... Now, that is all I do is delts and quads and suspensiomn i stick everywhere...
