CLOMID...tell everyone your experience

I will be starting Clomid in a few weeks...heard bad things about the side effects...I just want to start this post to educate us who have never taken Clomid on what to expect...extra acne, emotions, energy, etc.

I got a question related to that,

if you take anti-e's with clomid post cycle, does it help against acne or is that just BS?

acne agreed. Acne got worse while on Clomid. Thats just because your hormones are getting tossed all around I beleive. For the emotions, I couldnt tell much I was alittle depressed post cycle but the clomid DIDNT make me cry like a woman to sad ending movies or anything.

I would try it, as for your question I dont know. I would actually be a GOOD idea to take nolvadex with your clomid anyways.

No, clomid can't cause bitch tits. And the acne is horrible. I even took clomid during a cycle just to see if it was the clomid or the 'hormones' going crazy post-cycle. It's the clomid.

I don't know about anyone else but I get hot flashes, sweating big time. Only lasts a short time and gone again. Blurred vision sometimes too. Acne bad also(huge zits).

I came off a sust only cycle with 300mg clomid first day, 100mg for next 5 days, then 50mg every day after that for about 10 days. Acne wasn't a problem for me. Also, my nuts throbbed a bit which was a good sign. Other then that, nadda damn thing.

Ah forgot about the vision thingy. Yeah, driving at night was a trip since I started seeing tracers from the headlights. Apparently it's a common side.

Clomid won't cause bitch tits. Actually, Clomid & Nolvadex are very similar drugs, Clomid has anti-e properties like Nolvadex (only less effective) and Nolvadex can raise test. levels post-cycle, it's just not as efficient.

i just recently finished clomid, and the ONLY side effect that i ever felt was i would get kinda hot and sweat every now and then.. but no acne, no depression, no messed up vision, no loss strength or weight, no nut throbbing.... i guess i am a lucky one.

When I use clomid I get the sudden urge to buy doilies for all of my furniture, and I begin wearing aprons when cooking my girlfriend dinner...but not really emotional.

Why exactly does Clomid make you emotionally depressed? I would think it would help depression out by increasing test levels?? am i wrong? WTF....

Do you think that it may be that you just came off of a cycle, you know that you are not going to get any bigger, and you are going to lose weight that is making you feel down and depressed? Also it may not be the clomid that makes you break out it is probably the large amounts or estrogen that you have in your body at the time. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is how it was explained to me: The more testosterone that is in your body the more estrogen your body produces. Therefore when you come off of a cycle and the outside test that you put in your body is completely gone what you are left with is a lot of estrogen in your body and this is where the acne comes from. Again, correct me if I'm wrong as I am no doctor.
