whats better, skip a meal, or eat crap ??

Just wondering, if the time comes where you cant have your normal healthy meal, what would you do ?? a) Skip it and make sure you get the next one or b) Eat whatever crap you can see in front of you be it chocolate, cakes etc ????

I think I'd pick b) so that it keeps my metabolism high due to eating every few hours.

    What about you guys ??

    thanks

    B. Especially when bulking. When cutting i just eat crap and count it as my cheat meal.

it depends on whether bulking or cutting. Also depends how bad of a cheat it is.

Maybe just eat a smaller amount of it if its crap.

I always keep a bar on me just in case this situation arises.. if I didn't have it though I'd skip it.

    It depends on the choices....

Usually if I can justify it as having a large enough amount of protein I will go ahead and eat it.

If its like nachos....I will skip that and just shorten meal frequencies up later in the day to fit in the missed meal. Always eat 6 or 7 meals for me.....

Even if its at 11pm, 11:15pm, 11:30pm lol

    DON'T SKIP!
skipping the meal will only make ur metabolism slower, and take away from nutrients.
eating crap is better, you will get some sort of protein and you will enjoy your cheat meal...i never skip any meals. if i'm stranded in a place wherepizza or burgers are available then ill have it and consider that my cheat meal for the rest of the week

If i'm cutting i'll skip it..and bump the protein content of the following meal.

If i'm offseason...it depends on what you call 'crap'.

If 'crap' is a sub...then i'll eat it.

If 'crap' is cake...i'll skip. Most times i'll have some nuts or something on me at all times...so skipping isn't an option.

i will eat crap if i want to but will avoid the frys, sweets etc, eg will eat a quarter pounder with no cheese and a water with it..maybe ad an extra beef patty!!! then next meal will be caesin/whey shake combo...i try to mix very low GI and med to high GI foods,,,eg will have a whey/caesin shake and a slice of wholemeal bread and then maybe a ice cream !!!

I would never skip a meal..... depending on my selections that is. But than again I'm always prepared so I never have to skip a meal. Worse comes to worse a small bag of peanuts don't even cost a buck....
