Flax has more omega properties I believe, so I'd go with flax.

They both have their pluses. Flax is good for the EFA's and the ratio of Omega 6's and 3's. Olive Oil is a good source of monounsaturated fat. Take both if you can. If you can only take 1 I would take Flax.

both are equaly needed imo. Olive has so many advantages that flax doesnt and vice versa so including both is a favor to your health

Use a mix of both, flax in protein shakes and cooking with olive oil.

The benefits of both oils go far behond bodybuilding.

true that. Ther is one thing though. If u fry with the olive oil it is actually bad for U becuase it changes the properties after frying. So just pour it over your food str8 outta the bottle.

I agree, the properties of Olive oil change with heating. I never heat my olive oil. Season it with chili pepper, garlic, & or onion & herbs, store it in your refrigerator and pour your desired amount over your grilled chicken, beef etc. Yum.

Be careful with cooking at high temp though. It is said that the olive oil converts into an UN-wanted fat at high temperatures.

all frying fats turn into unwanted fats when cooking. But the safest oil to fry in is olive oil. The best fat to fry in is regular butter its very sturdy against heat.

I think Coconut Oil is supposed to be very good for cooking as well for high heat cooking (350 degrees)
