hello, and welcome..........this is a good place to learn thats 4 sure
hey bro.. nice to have you.. You found the best board.
hello and welcome. your username looks familiar, but i assume there are a lot of people here just tryin2get big![]()
Welcome to AR Bro!
Welcome aboard brotha!...We look forward to your input !
What are your stats and goals now? If your tryin to get big?
welcome aboard bro..
nice to have you bro...
thanks for the welcoming. Alright everytime i state my stats i get all emotional and depressed. If you asked me this about a little over a year ago then i would've told you 6'2 240lbs and about 8-9% body fat. Unfortunatly getting into a motorcycle accident and being in a hospital and not training/ dieting for a year can screw a lot of stuff up. Now i am just getting back into training and dieting a year after my accident and i now am 6'2 205 and about 15% body fat...everytime i say that i get so sad, i don't even know why i am trying to do this anymore. But if you need to know info on gear, just let me know, i know tons of good stuff.
HI and welcome to the board bros. Let me ask you this . With a proper diet and 5 days a week of cardio and 400mg of test cyp a week for 8 weeks(with clomid after the cycle) can you generally expect to lean out. Stats are , lean body mass of 240 lbs a 6.2 and 307 pounds. I m not sure but I think my body fat would be about 25 % any response would be a good one. thxs
Welcome to the board bro...don't give up on lifting. Be patient and train hard. It'll come back to ya.
Peace
Good board here
sorry to hear about the accident
but i look forward to hearing you
get back to the top of your game
