Been dieting and TRYING to run. I can't finish one lap without my shins pumping up huge and aching like a sob. My lower back gets pumped, achy and fatigued also. This morning I was doing barbell curls and my low back was shot! WTF?
I'm finishing up my last 2-3 shots of winny this week. This happened to me once before on Tren.
