What kind of water for vinegar reconstitution of igf?

I'm looking for the kind of water to use with red barons vinegar recipe. Wanna recon and shoot tonight! I have HPLC water, is that OK? I'll run both the vinegar and water through my .20 whatman so does the h2o have to be "sterile water"

Maybe we can move this to the IGF section after I get a few quick responses? Sorry guys just a little impatient.
