I do light cardio about 5 days a week in the mornings, I walk for about an hour on the tread mill at
about 3/3.5 speed at a 10 degree angle. Its not very hard, I burn about 350-400 calories and still keep
my heart rate down. I workout in the evening about 8pm for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
My question is im starting a sust/eq/anavar cycle, should I stop or cut down on
my cardio? if I don't will it hurt my gains?
I want to get the most out of my cycle, but would like to stay lean as possible (if possible)
any replies or suggestions would be appreciated
