I have been drinking sugar free cool aid for a while but there are only three flavors available, cherry, grape and tropical punch. I have been mixing a little with my PWO shake and that kicks ass. My question is when I looked at regular kool aid It has less calories and a little more sodium but that is it. So I would like to mix orange regular kool aid with my orange all the whey and dex for PWO. Why do they call certain ones sugar free when the same ingredients are in both.
