My calves resist to grow no matter how harsh I have been on them, but of course I will keep pushing them, at least I grew them a little past ten years.
When I am on bulking I put usually 10-15kg which is 22-33 Lb, some fat and tons of water as well....Towards the summer I cut sugar and fried food, I stick on red meat and fish mostly, not a big fan of chicken breast...
But the trick is GH, it does wonders, with GH you dont need a competition diet, you just need to eat clean thats all...and you can cheat time to time as well......

your upper side seems good. but to say that you have a good form it is needed to see your legs (front-rear), calves and butts. could you put some more pics on?
