    How long liquids last in gel caps

    Anybody know how long liquid dbol will last in a gel cap? I wouldn't imagine very long but I don't really like taking my bottle to work and filling a capsule there. Any suggestions on how to store a 10mg dose so I can take it at work without taking the whole bottle?
