I hate the atkins, I've been on it lost it and gained it all back. I'm looking for something effective. In the morning I am going to start doing an hour of cardio then come to eat breakfast. Then its off to work, eating lunch while im their and after lifting then eating dinner. ? is what is pretty healthy to help lose some weight. I was on atkins too long and need some great advice on what to eat. BTW I am 6 foot even and about 255lbs, not obese but chunky. Help Guys!
