Hey everyone. I am a female. Just wanted to say hi...decided to join up here, I am a member at a few other sites. My trainer was masswithclass (god rest his beautiful soul). He encouraged me to get my trainer certification and he brought me from a size 14 (166lbs) bf over 30% and within 5 months to a size 1 juniors (119lbs) bf 17%. I was with him since Aug 31 2004 to when he died in June 2005. I am still pressing on, living his legacy. I am maintaining well enough but now I need to see growth. I am currently researching how to increase my natural testosterone levels and such to optimize growth. I am hoping that this site will be another quality site to help get me to my goals. I see some familiar names here. See you all around.
