This is my cherry poppin' post on AR. I've been lurking in the shadows almost ED since January. So after 4 months of rehab for a torn (L) pec major, I am back in the gym. My diet while rehabbing was not too good and cardio was done zero times, so I need to drop some bf before I start my gear.
Anyway, here's the deal, I have 290.4iu hgh, 3mg of IGF-1Lr3 and slin. I plan on running 4iu 5/2, except for when using the IGF-1Lr3 weeks 1-4, 9-12 and 17-20 (during pct), where I will go down to 2iu. I will be using 40mcg post workout.
I have run hgh w/ slin before (slin @ 10iu post-workout).
So my question is, do i run the slin in the other weeks (5-8, 13-16,) or do I use r-ala and if I run the slin, do I keep it at 10iu post workout?
