if its the first time i would say 500mg test only you want test e or test cyp as you will need less frequent injections,but you need to RESEARCH first

....the ester attached to the test will determine your injection frequency.....i.e. test prop ED injects,test enan and test cyp E3D injects, test suspension 2X ED injects, I won't comment on Sustanon, since there's a bazillion threads discussing injection frequency...

..again, the ester will determine alot of this..Also, your cycle experience and goals will influence this somewhat......
