was just thinking, would it be alright to throw celery with PB on it into a cuting diet....where would i throw it in if so?...i dont think it fits as either a pro/fat or pro/carb meal...any input on this would be great...thanks a bunch!

There are 1.7 grams of "net" carbs in 1 cup of celery, so basically you are looking at mainly a "fat" meal when you eat PB and celery.

Then you basically have a fat/protein meal.

thanks for the info ma brutha!....i need a lil taste within some of the meals...celery will mix things up a lil bit for me!
