stats are: 19 years old i am 5 foot 9 inches and 11 stones been training for 6 months, i am training for size and strength i am not intrested in getting ripped up yet first i want the mean muscle mass. i want to boost my apptetite i manage to eat 4 meals and 4 weight gain shakes a day i take a shake called Mammoth 2500.

oxy is anadrol. Gsxxr gave you some starting info on it. If you google "anadrol,information", you'll get multiple pages with extensive info - a lot of which seem to be from people who have used it. Take care in what info you absorb though, some of the sites have major conflicting info. I.E. - one page says that Anadrol will not aromatize b/c it is a dht derivative, but another says it aromatizes heavily.

At 19 years old, and having only trained for 6 months, you would be well served to wait a great many years before tinkering with AAS.
