    Tuna/mayo as a pro/fat meal

Is 5 oz. of tuna mixed with 1 tbsp. of full fat mayo a good pro/fat meal? I'm talking just eating it with a spoon, no bread or anything.

Yes but it's not that filling.

Anyway, i was gonna alternate what I ate: one day I will have a steak and about 26 almounds. The next day I was gonna have the tuna and mayo. Both are pro/fat.

Keep in mind I'm cutting, is this a good idea?

Looks good... I eat tuna like it's going outta style with mayo and some relish. Wehn I get tired of it steak does the trick as well.
