    Exclamation need help with a plan...

    I need help with a plan... on wht combination..I.E. how much of each shuld I take... I have 100 Methan Tabs from Animal Power and I vial of QV.

    Exclamation ok...

    so...one pill-10mg every day and one shoot the first week and split the shoot for the 2nd week...?
