Tell me your not running both on there own bro? That is a bad idea due to them both putting stress on the liver. I would run some test prop as it looks like you want a cutting cycle....What are your goals?

Taking 2 orals at once is not good. To answer your question. 50-60mg ed.

shoot the winny 50mg ED and add some prop into there and ur good to go ... dont do the winny and var at the same time
