Can any one tell me if I would be wasting my money, if I was to use HGH while I am cutting? Currently I am doing a high protein diet between 1000 – 1500 calories per day and 45 minutes cardio at 5am not eating until 7 am and training heavy 4 times per week in the evenings. Using ECA stack and nothing else just supplements.
What do you think should I get some HGH or am I not taking in enough calories for it to do any good, just don’t won’t to loose the size I have worked hard for.
