    Hmb

    I read a book aobut supplement... i cant think of what it was though... anyways HMB was a product on there that they said worked... HMB,creatine,and glutamine were about the only ones the said worked.

    Anyone tried HMB????

    Not too expensive if you know where to buy it, and taken in the right quantities it is a very good sup. Its a derivitive of Leucine.

    looy into products like betagen from EAS... there are many cheaper with same ingredients, but you can get an idea from this... hmb IMO is a great supp

    yeah see that's what i'm sayin, overpriced. those 90 caps wont last long cuz i heard that you have to take a pretty hefty quantity of it. anyone else know the proper dosing info? (to actually get results)

    MTI which has the patent on HMB suggests 38 mg x body weight. Not every hMB is the same buy only MTI products (that have been used for the studies)

    You guys can't buy the caps you have to buy the powder in bulkk, then its cheap.

    It is worthwhile anytime your in a catabolic state, PCT is one instance where you would be catabolic. So yes, it would be worthwhile IMO.

    either way is fine... added to your protein shakes... i believe it suggests to take with meals so...
