You will see good results either way.
It is believed IM is better though as there is less chance of it binding to unwanted receptors (i.e. intestinal) and more chance of it staying within the muscle.
im is the way to go for igf-1.
shoot it in a place where you can go deep in the muscle with a slin pin like biceps.

there is no advantage for sub-q. the best IMO is to be site specific and IM. I was asking the same quesitons last time, and that worked amazing for me. PWO IM site specific.
