good pct and diet u can keep up to 90-95% of ur gains, just make sure u do everything right
Your idea about the non-aromatizing AAS isn't too far from the truth. If you are using aromatizing substances and no AI's, then you will likely get a lot of water bloat. Because of that bloat, when you get off of the substances, you are likely to lose the water weight almost immediately, which will make you feel like you are not "keeping as much".
