    Angry joints are killin me..

Hey bros. Just finished a cycle of test/deca/dbol and my joints are killing me, only my elbow joints. Crap, everytime I bench I feel like my arms are ready to give out. Anything I can take besides advil? I don't wanna mess with painkillers though. Let me know cuz I'm gettin good results and I don't wanna lose it. Thanks.

i just started taking glucosamine and MSM and it helps out quite a bit but you have to take it regularly for a few weeks to start noticing anything

I had joint problems in my knees when I used winny. I heard that shark cartilage helps with joints, but I haven't used it. I used Glucosamine, MSM, and used a product called Adequan. It's used for dogs with joint problems. It's actually part of the glucosamine family, but the FDA hasn't approved it for human use, it don't know why, the stuff does wonders for aching joints. PM me if you are interested in hearing more, or do a search on Adequan. Hope that helps out
