Test Propionate Pct

What's the best Pct for a first ever cycle, test Propionate cycle. what doses should i take and when?

Wait 3 days after last injection and start clomid 100mg ed for 3 weeks decrease dose to 50mg one more week. Take nolva if you are not already at 20mg ed along with the clomid, then lower to 10mg for one more week.

Yeah, everyone is different but with my protocol I seem to recover at the end of week 3 and then start tapering.
