How many days a week do you guys weight train while on a cycle.
At least 5 while on cycle and sometimes 7. Off cycle 4-5 x /week. I do one body part per day so I'm not over training.
i always workout 5 days a week except before a show then i train every bodypart twice and i workout 6 days a week.

Generally eod - so 3.5 days a week, but occasionally 4-5 x aweek
6 days a week for me. My body recovers quite quickly.
5 days a week for me Monday -chest Tuesday - legs Wenesday- Back Thursday - Arms Friday - shoulders and traps Cardio in morning 6 days a week and lift one body part at 5 pm every night , im also lucky i have a great training partner who is ALWAYS on time and its nice because hes a little bigger than me so im always bustin balls to keep up! GET BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
