i just recieved my "juice" today. i recieved 10 vials of sus 250 and 5 vials of deca 1(ml) how should i inject these over a 8 wk cycle? thanks guys... any diet recodmmations? i'm trying to gain weight and muscle... thanks again

yeah thats what it is 10 vials of sus 1ml each.

you need to run sus at 500mg/week for 10 weeks...so you would need 20 amps of sus...

5 - 1 ml amps of deca and 10 sust?? I dont think you could physically run this across 8 weeks properly. IMHO you need WAY more goodies. Don't waste your time running this amount of gear..... You will regret it. Cheers.

Save up and get some more gear. Not worth to run it as a cycle. You need double that of sus. I would rather trade the deca and get more sus.

i love the use of Deca 300 if you can get your hands on it. Get at least 10ml.

Neither of you have enough gear. Plain and simple. I would feel weird ordering "12" amps of sust, or "5" amps of Deca. Not to be rude....

You need at least 10ml of deca to do anything and in most cases a cycle of 20ml of deca alone i dont know about thewhole sust thing thought. From my experiences with deca 10 was great and 20 would be amazing.

it sounds like you need to do some more research bro - you haven't even got half a cycle there - you need to run deca for an absolute minimum of 10 weeks (more like 12-14 tho as it takes up to 6 weeks to actually kick in - hence a 6 week deca cycle is pointless, it'll just shut you down & bloat you a bit) The sus should be run slightly higher than the deca & shot eod / e3d the deca will be fine shot once a week.

not good bro... listen to above... ATLEAST twice a week w/ sust and thats not even the best way...
