Muscle Spasms!!!

Hey bro's
has anyone ever experienced muscle spasms while on the magic bean in a major way? im at about 3.5 weeks into my cycle and when i reach for things in an akward manner i get those spasms/stingers in my trap threw neck region & some time if im reaching around to my back i get them around my obliques. one this morning just about brought me to me knees!! anyone experience this? im thinking maybe i need to up the water or something! peace

happens to me all the time when i'm on. I just get use to it, but i hate it when it happens in my eye lids.

that was happening to me when i was on clen, my muscles would spasm or twitch....i thought i was just weird

today i had a mean one in my trap!! well atleast im not the only one so ill try some banana's and see if that helps atleast a little

Dude, my right trap sometime brings me to my knees. I found that my form on several excercises was screwed up, since changing to absolute STRICT form my trap seems to be doing well.
