My left nipple is soar, and i feel a lump. How much nolva do i need to start taking to stop it?

I would start with about 30 mg per day until it goes away, then taper it down

get some letro from arr and take 1.25 everyday , after lump is gone lower dosage to 1.0 everyday . if all you have is novaldex take between 20mgs-40mgs a day untill problems go away and reduce to 10-20 mgs a day.

take it at 40/40 if you prefer... it will not diminish any gains, simply reduce water weight, which is depleted when you get rid of bloat anyway.

yea if it is just sore and no lump i am with benches. if a lumop develops stop your cycle and get some arimidex, JMO

dont' agree... no need to stop cycle if situation is being taken under control... you must also consider stopping a cycle dead bound can potentially result in estrogen rebounds and gyno can still develope in pct. (In some cases) you can run arimidex throughout and through pct IMO... just do the 80 mg for now and taper down based on sensitivity.
