Tips on injecting IGF

Anyone have a good way of making sure the BW does not contaminate the igf when drawing into a slin pin?

Draw your igf first and then your BW.

I thought the reasoning was draw the BW first then the IGF so the BW "cleans" out the pin maing sure none of the IGF is wasted.

I've also read that the BW can contaminate the IGF, so is there a way to reduce the potential contamination fo the BW into the IGF.

A source told me to draw the igf first, then the BW leaving some air in the dart. Then gently rock the dart back and forth to mix the igf and BW. What concerns me about drawing the BW first is if there is any vacuum created by the previous injection in the igf vial it will suck the BW out of the dart when you draw the igf. Sure you can relieve the vacuum out of the igf vial before drawing but I am afraid I will forget so I don't like doing it that way.

Could you inject the igf first, then re-load the syring with bw??? Is it ok the inject straight BW?? This way at leat you have NO chance of contaminating the IGF.

It is alright to shoot BW but I would not re-use any darts.

that way you have to put the pin you just shoot with in the vial of BW

I've just started my first IGF run, and I've got a method which involves shooting twice -

Draw your IGF, then your BW and shoot as normal....
Then get a new pin & draw some BW, then shoot this BW into the old syringe (with any remaining IGF in it) - agitate it gently, then (using a fresh needle ) shoot again.
Not perfect, but you should get pretty much all the IGF out.
For my next mg I'm gonna reconstitute it with loads of AA (5-10ml) as this will also reduce wastage & make measurement more accurate.
