I have my college season coming up for baseball. I just got done with summer ball where i played everyday and i couldnt lift to often. I have about 8 weeks i can lift well without worry of training before a game. I lift threw the season but it is to maintain what i buit up not to gain anything. I was thinking a Sust/deca cycle. Just something pretty simple.
Sust 1-8 500mg ew
Deca 1-8 400mg ew

Test prop ? how much
eq ?how much
I have never taken Test prop or EQ so i dont really now how much i should take i read up on it but still alittle shaky. Im 6'0'' 195lb
If anyone has a suggestion on on what i should take or how much i would really appriciate it.
