i have been using ECA at 25mg/200mg/300mg once in the morning and once in the afternoon

i was thinking of taking a double dose in the mornings as the effect is reducing

my question is do i double the caffeine and Asperin as well as the eph
or just double the eph?

I know that this will sound boring an conservative but
if I were you I'd up my cardio instead of uppering the dosage on the ECA stack.
I don't think it would be too healthy to double the dose of ECA. You're already taking enough.
When I used the ECA stack, I used it only 3 - 4 days/week, 25/200/300 ONCE per day and had GREAT results. Ofcourse I also had a clean diet.
I've read some facts that showed that if you use ephedrine each day you will loose the "boost feeling" you get from it during workouts. That's why I only used the ECA 3-4 times/week.

NO, I don't think you should double your dosage in the morning.

Just the EPH.
There is already a lot of aspirin in there. More caffeine wont do much either (not above 250-300 anyway):

I take a double dose right before workouts in the afternoon. One dose for me is 25/200/80 (not 300).. so I double that. I use the adult low dose aspirin (80mg)

If you remember, Xenadrine RFA1 and the Patented ECA Stack combo said up to 2 pills, 3x's a day... same thing. I get burnt out when I use it 3 times a day as a fat burner so I use it for the boost before workouts. I use benadryl to restore beta receptors, just like with clen.

but have also heard of people using only 80mg asprin. i never know who to trust, is it 80 or 325? and why are there 2 different ratios going around.?

25/200/81 is the correct dose. 325 asprin seems like alot.

a few times i've seen it at 88mg (how are you supposed to measure so precisely i do not know!?)

Benadryl is an antihistamine, read Hooker's clen profile... it does work, I'm speaking from experience

I dont mean to jack this thread but let me get this straight, if using the ECA stack, and you begin to feel the efects wearing away your have 2 choices 1) Take a week off every 3rd week 2) Use Benadryl. If this is correct how much benedryl should be used and for how long ? Thankyou

I run it like I would with clen, every third week for a week, I use 50 mg a night (2 pills) but I think one would do (25 mgs). It knocks me out so I get a really good nights sleep

I picked up some benadrly today it says allergy relief on it, 50 pink caps each at 25 mg, is this the correct stuff, the box is a redish/pink ?

I know you can get asprin at the store but where can you get ephedra and caffine pills? Wasn't ephedra banned?

i believe Ephedra and Ephedrine are two different things, anyway i think u mean ephedrine, in Canada Ephedrine is 100 percent legal and available at almost any health food stores and the same with caffeine pills. Im not too sure how the law works across the border sorry.

75mg ephedra a day will burn you out fast.

25mg is enough once a day to last a few weeks w/o losing effectivness.

I'd advise cycling ECY/ECA with clen, 2 weeks on one, then 2 on another.

2 on 2o fff is just gay dont recommend it again...unless u have science to prove it
