Bulking Diet
Meal 1: 7 egg whites 2 yolks
1.5 cups of oatmeal
2 cups of fat free milk
Tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 2: chicken breast
2 sweet potatoes
Broccoli or salad
Meal 3: Lean stake
2 sweet potatoes
Broccoli or salad
Meal 4: 40 grams protein shake (whey & casein) or Meal replacement
1.5 cups of oatmeal
Meal 5: Lean stake
2 sweet potatoes
Broccoli or salad
WORK OUT
Meal 6: 40 grams protein shake
One banana
Cup of blue berries
One rice cake
Meal 7: 8 egg whites ( 1hour apart from meal 6)
Table spoon of flax oil
Meal 8: 40 grams casein protein shake
GO TO BED
· use myoplex meal replacements if needed instead of a meal
· replace 2 sweet potatoes for a cup or brown rice
***I BELIVE MY DIET IS GOOD...BUT THE ONLY CONSERN I GOT IS THAT MY FRIST MEAL CONSIT OF FAT (FLAX OIL) AND CARBS (OATMEAL)...SHOULD I DROP ONE PRO/CARB MEAL AND TAKE THE FLAX FROM MEAL 1 TO A PRO/FAT MEAL SOMEWHERE DURING THE DAY???
