Yeah ive seen the vid, not the best form, yes he bounces it but 600lbs is 600lbs, bounce it or not!

Thats alot of weight, he bounced it, but he made it look easy. Look at his spotter, why even bother?
I wouldnt trust a spotter that skinny with that much weight above my head.he cheated soo bad though..theres no way he could have dont that one rep if he used proper form and didnt bounce it half way off his chest.Originally Posted by Spyder
