Thanks bro's. Been hitting the weights and the stair master pretty hard. Thought about competing as a novice in Oct., but I don't think I will be ready in time. Might have to wait till next spring.

I do 30 min. on the stairmaster 5 days a week every day I workout except on leg day. I make sure I eat at least 300g of protein a day while I'm doing this. Lost a lot of fat....but havn't lost but 4 lbs. Give it a try....hope it works out for ya!Originally Posted by carmine09
