i like to go and have a few drinks at the weekend - i try to make it only once a week and try not to over do it
my question is what is a good thing to eat after you have come home after a few beers and are about to go to bed
usually i would have a pro/fat meal
but is there any point with alcohol in your system? given that alcohol slows protein synthesis
will it do more harm than good?
will the carbs i have consumed threw the drink have a negative effect on pro/fat meal and cause me to store all the fat?
