I'm planning on starting my first cycle in about 6-8 weeks. It just seems for me that it would be easier to shoot in my quads, they are lean, thick, and right there in front of me as opposed to my glutes. Is it better to shoot in the glutes than the quads? Or is it all sort've just preference?

My delts got punished 4 times in a row.....Man they were sore..But it was always a 23 guage.. I wonder if a 25 would make that big of a big difference??
