Hmm few more......
Looking better each time you post- (better quality camera helps too!)
this is an awkward thread
good progress so far, got rid of the belly, now concentrate on your diet and training. Your legs need work as well as your arms are lagging. Your chest and back look like strong points. I would do more squats, deadlifts, and military press for your shoulder development.. Overall good progress, keep it up and you'll look great.
cacti: Thanks brother now only if you were a girlJK
Dalton5: Care to explain your random post ?
IBdmfkr Hey IBdmfkr thanks for the heads up man I have been waiting for a critique post. I have come down with the flu and have missed 4 days training. Reading your post makes me want to hit the gym and kill the arms and quads

glad you didn't take offense, when I posted my pics thats the kinda response that really got me motivated, glad it could do the same for you. (I'm personally tired of people sugar coating critiques, doesn't help a thing) and remember to readup in the diet forum, diet is KEY.

I think a few people are reading way too much into my post![]()
Keep it up, you're definitely moving forward.

Look good jorg, you just gotta eat more. If you wanna grow, then up your calories with some clean foods. Chest, traps lagging a bit. But you've got a good base. Keep it up.
(Still waiting on Zapp's response.)
My diet def needs some work, I'm experimenting with middle eastern foods though nutritional values are hard to calculate. IBmf thanks again for an constucive critiqueOriginally Posted by IBdmfkr

Thats no good IMO. I know I havent gotten any thicker though leaning out is something I dont want to do. I'm 5lb heavier than last pics (1st page) though putting on weight has been one of the hardest things in my life to do. Remembering when I started I felt like a crack head @ 132lbThere is now a huge difference between these and your first pics- it looks like you're totally leaned down now(which is real good imo) so you have no where to go but up. It's hard to tell whether or not you've gained/lost weight, but you do look alot better so keep at it.![]()

more squats and deads, they are essential.. upper can't reach its full potential if you don't bring your legs up with it. "do it"
I do them once a week atleast, I dead 300lb (no straps) and squat 280lb.Originally Posted by IBdmfkr

very nice progress bro, keep it up!

be sure to get deep into your squats for a full range of motion and to really tear the muscle. Yes you can superset legs, but if you have the time I would just say lift heavy and take the appropriate rest. lookin good though, just need some fine tuning.
thats good to see bro, keep it up!
Thanks again fellas, should have a few more pics up after the w/end.
I'm getting annoyed with two things, my bench hasn't gained a pound in over 3 weeks and worse still I have only gained 7Lb in 2months. I have changed my diet several times over the 8 months training. I am currently 162lb
Chest: 42 Waist: 31 Bicep: 15 Quad 21 Calves: 15
I think it might be time to get lose on the juice![]()
7 lbs in two months is very good. most people don't gain that in a year of natural training..(muscle that is).. with the bench every week force yourself to lift an extra 5 lbs on each side, set goals for yourself and make sure you hit them. helped me.
In 5 months I gained 24lb and in this passed 2-3 months I have upped my training and diet, and gains are slowing down faster than I thought. I will def try to up the bench every week. I have put 50lb on my bench in 6 months though the passed two weeks I have been missing a rep or two in my last set. It pisses me off cuz my training partner is as strong as an ox and makes the weight look easyOriginally Posted by IBdmfkr

Remember bro..you are bobdybuilding, not powerlifting. Just concentrate on making a better phyique, and not so much on how much you can bench, or how someone has a better bench than you.Originally Posted by Jorg
why would you want to juice and ruin everything? #1 you look so young and #2 you should really really be proud of yourself look how much weight you have gained in past 8 months or year as you say. just keep dieting and working out and being dedicated like you are. look how many ppl are proud of what you have done. that should be good enough motivation for you to push your self to get to where you want which is your goal. keep up the good work bro. dont take the easy way out.Originally Posted by Jorg

I don't agree that juice is the "easy way out". It still take tons of hard work, correct dieting and dedication. It is just a faster way to receive results.
lol your on my ass on every thread eh? thats what i meant by the easy way out that itss just a faster wayOriginally Posted by IBdmfkr
