so i was told by you guys that i need to eat MORE. Im 21, 5'9" 165 lbs at 6-7%BF I want to gain 10-15 lbs of lean muscle and so i came up with a new diet plan. Heres the specs let me know about the ratios...
calories 3000-3300
protein 350-365
carbs 240-260
fat 70-85
It came from one of Shawn Ray's precontest workouts and since I am not nearly his size i figured it would work good for a bulking cycle??
