1.5 in the delts is fine. Up to 2 in the glutes. I am sure many will say you can do more in both areas. But, suffice to say, you are fine with what you are doing.

I have done up to 4 in my glutes. But I try to keep it at 3 max there.
Delts , personally no more than 2.
Quads up to 3.
i rock 2 cc's in the delts and quads no problem... never have any leakage or excessive muscle pain...
